FLOOR BY FLOOR.
TOP FLOOR

 

This floor comprises of four bedrooms.  The main bedroom is en-suite bathroom and also has adjoining dressing room with fitted wardrobes.  The three other bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes.  There is also a further bathroom on this level.  All bedrooms and hallway have wooden floors.  The bathrooms are fully tiled and include bath, washbasin, toilet, bidet and heated towel rails.  The hallway on this floor also has a storage cupboard.

MIDDLE FLOOR

 

The middle floor consists of an entrance hall, fitted kitchen and an "L" shaped lounge and dining room.  The lounge has a built in fireplace.  All floors on this level are covered with tiles.  In the entrance hall there is a storage cupboard.

LOWER FLOOR

 

The lower floor includes a lounge/bedroom with fitted fireplace.  Also an utility room with plumbing for washing machine.  There is also a cellar which is good for keeping wines, fruit and vegetables cool and fresh.  On this level there is also a shower room; which has a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.  Internal access to the large double garage can be gained from this floor.  All floors on this level are tiled.

OVERVIEW

The property has electricity, mains water and is connected to mains waste.  There is pre-installation for mains gas; however it is not available in this area at present, so bottled gas is used.  There is central heating installed, which is run by oil, but the boiler is equipped to accept solar power if required.  As well as having shutters fitted to the outside of the windows, there is the added protection of security grills on the inside of the windows.
