OUTSIDE

The ouside area is divided into different parts.  The front is laid to lawn with flowerbeds. At the rear of the property is the swimming pool with surrounding patio.  Beyond this is the orchard and at the top of the garden there is an ornamental pond and pergola.  Alongside the house there is another building which comprises of shower room, kitchen, barbeque and bar, therefore making it ideal for entertaining.

Alongside the house is a seperate building; this consists of the boiler room, which houses the boiler and oil tank.  A cupboard for the gas bottles is also housed in this building.  As well as this, there is a covered barbeque, a bar, an extra kitchen and a shower room which includes: large shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.  The kitchen is fitted with cupboards and work surface above. There is an American sytle fridge-freezer and also a cooker.  On hot days or when entertaining, your every need is here without having to enter the main house.

To the rear of the house is a 8x4 metre swimming pool.  The pool is surrounded by a paved patio.  There is illumination inside the pool and in the wall surrounding the pool, allowing swimming twenty four hours a day should you require.  As a safety feature, the pool area is self contained and the gates can be locked, preventing young children entering.  

The orchard is situated beyond the swimming pool.  The many trees include: apple, pear. peach, plum, fig, orange, satsuma, lemon, lime. pomegranate and various grape vines.  Water to the orchard is fed by a drip-feed system supplied from a spring fed well.  Therefore there is not the need to use company water which is metered.

At the top of the garden is the well.  There is also a shed.  Furthermore there is a fishpond, stocked with beautiful Koi Carp.  To enjoy the view at the top of the garden, there is a pergola where you can sit and fritter away the hours.  Again, the orchard and top of the garden can be locked as a safety precaution if you have young children.
